Will has founded two businesses and led teams from start-up through scale. His experience spans consumer products, sourcing and importing, licensing, innovative technology, geographic expansion, and leadership development.
That range includes working with globally recognized brands and building global private-label brands. In 2009, he was recognized as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40.
